The landlord is really cool and offered us the house at a reasonable price. The place was well furnished, with new desks/drawers, as well as the much-loved massive wall mounted TV. We are left to get on with our lives in the house so long as we're paying our rent! The 8 of us have had a really positive experience with this landlord, which isn't always the case"

"With some horror stories you hear about student landlords would definitely recommend the service we've had this year! The communication has been great, very efficient and friendly. The house itself was decorated to our taste (all grey and cream, no ugly yellow wood etc.) also can't complain about the massive tv, which never failed to make visitors very jealous. 124 Manor House Road has been a pleasure to live at and we are so sad to have said goodbye :("
