The house itself was decorated to our taste (all grey and cream, no ugly yellow wood etc.) also can't complain about the massive tv, which never failed to make visitors very jealous. 124 Manor House Road has been a pleasure to live at and we are so sad to have said goodbye :("

"Great landlady with a very nice house. Decorated very nice and whenever issues occur they are always on hand to sort it. For example we didn't have enough freezer space and we were given a brand new fridge and brand new freezer. Also, the 24/7 maintenance man is great, when anything small is wrong he will be round very quickly to fix it."

"We have been really impressed with the house, landlord and furnishings. The house is in a great location in Jesmond, perfect for us as students. The landlord is really cool and offered us the house at a reasonable price. The place was well furnished, with new desks/drawers, as well as massive wall mounted TV. We are left to get on with our lives in the house... The 8 of us have had a really positive experience with this landlord, which isn't always the case."
